[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Over the past few weeks, we have been developing a coupling for one of our customers to enable them to be able to collect multiple nested Roll Cages and then move them over long distances around their facilities.
After understanding and discussing their requirements a custom adjustable coupling was developed. The coupling allows the operator to connect a tug unit such as the MasterMover® AT300 tow with the nested roll cages and then easily move various amounts around their warehouse/distribution centres.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”8181″ img_size=”full” css=”.vc_custom_1595803932173{margin-top: 0px !important;margin-bottom: 44px !important;padding-top: 4px !important;}”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1595803973715{margin-bottom: 5px !important;}”]The coupling itself is simple, but also very effective. You simply connect the coupling to the front of your first nested roll cage trolley, then nest the roll cages together in a train like fashion.
Then simply use the tether strap and connect it to the last roll cage and finally use the winch to tighten. The MasterMover® tow machine does all the hard work for you – allowing you to pull them around safely and quickly leaving no injury to the operator.
