The supply of an asset tracking identifier and the repairs and service are provided by Retailquip locally, while the database entries, reporting and analysis comes from Retailquip's head office in Brisbane.

Retailquip conducts "open book" costings for it's customers and carries the spare parts inventory required for each repair which are identified in detail on each worksheet.
