We are currently undertaking conversion of our service data sheet to a state of the art electronic data capture system which will further reduce our non service related activities - increasing cost benefits.

This system will also increase transparency by closer monitoring of the site service activities.  

Support Material:

Retailquip recommends the use of an identifying number on all serviced equipment. This allows us to track and identify which units have been serviced/repaired.
